Solve360 Touch App
Solve360 is all about flexibility and helping you manage interactions with your clients. But how flexible would you be if you were chained to the desk all the time? How would you respond in the heat-of-battle if you couldn't access a client’s file when you need an immediate answer? Why wait until you get back to the computer to update the team on a schedule, task or opportunity? Don't those new tablets look way to sexy to ignore? We have an app for that!

The free Solve360 touch app is designed to work with all new iOS and Android based smartphones and tablets. As an HTML5 app you don't install it from an App store, to get the Solve360 touch app just:
Have a device we haven’t specifically added support for yet? No problem, from your device just open https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ to install the app directly.

Tips and best practices
Getting Around The touch app is specifically designed to take advantage of the unique characteristics of a touch-screen. While you'll notice differences between it and the desktop version you'll find that it has all the features you'll need on a day-to-day basis.

Getting around should seem familiar and simple, so instead of walking through the obvious things we'll move on and mention some things you might find helpful.
Navigation (menu) Finding your way to the various options starts by clicking on the button labeled "Contacts". Under that you'll find additional options to view different types of records and reports. When you change this value the other options will update to reflect further filtering options.
Custom databases Custom fields and contextual fields are fully supported on the touch app. Just imagine the possibilities here - a mobile database customized for your specific purpose. Go nuts with it!
Keeping your information secure We strongly recommend you enable the auto-locking feature on your device to prevent anyone else who can touch the device from also accessing your online account while you are logged in.

The touch app accesses information in your account in real-time and does not save data on the device. If you lose your device take comfort that your data is not vulnerable, but as a precaution if you lose the device simply change your Solve360 password to eliminate the possibility of someone using the login information in case it was saved on the device.
