Yes, just like the Skype functionality. I use Skype myself and love the functionality, but after we have expanded the use of Solve360 to our American division as well, some of the users are asked for the same functionality using Google Voice.

Yes Google voice click-to-call is something we’ll be looking at.

If you use Firefox or Chrome, there is a Google Voice add-on that gives you click to call capability in S360.  The phone numbers all become links, except in the pop-ups.  We use it all the time.  Do a google search for “google voice firefox add-on”, and it’ll come up.

Click to call extension is broken. Used to work for us too and then it didn’t. All this time I thought it was something related to my setup but have gone through the extension settings and the feature works awesome in my other lead management system so must be something within the Solve coding.
