Has anyone worked with Magento & Solve360?

In our past setup, we used the transactional emails to generate actions once an order has been submitted.  I think it would be killer to convert these to Opportunities, to view within Solve360.

However, I might see some problems.
- Weird Magento Module setup (Still reading on how to build one)
- Tight Integration of Contact/Company
- Data Integrity

#1 is finding a way to associate new orders (Contact Email?) to a company/contact.
#2 would be storing the contactid/companyid
#3 would be creating a new contact once a new customer profile has been created

I will be trying to figure that out, because our transactional emails will not be very useful if they dont tie-into a specific company/contact.
