Hi Lukasz, If this feature is not working for you, then the first thing you will need to do is make sure that you are using the most updated version of Solve360. To do this simply empty your browser’s cache and log back into the system. Next to make sure it is working, we should make sure that you have an email identity with a signature set: Workspace > Access Webmail > Settings > Sending > Add an email identity (if you don’t already have one) > Then just fill in the fields Then you should be able to create a “Scheduled email” activity, by choosing the email identity with the signature. I hope this helps, —Mike |

Hi Norada Team we would like to add a signature to those scheduled emails and sorry to say that I dont understand the instructions to follow in this case. Can you please give me an update on that? Thanks |

Follow : Workspace > Access Webmail > Settings > Sending > Add an email identity and create an email identity. Refer to the attached picture. Once you have done so, you should be able to see this identity under ‘From’ in the scheduled-email activity. |

I have a question related to this topic. I’ve created templates of scheduled emails both a set of emails and individual emails. When other users use/insert these templates the signature that appears at the bottom of the email is mine and not theirs. How can this be resolved or what am I doing wrong? |

The scheduled email template uses the content saved within the template and the only value that is updated is the contact’s name and e-mail address. So the signature, since its considered as content, doesn’t change/update - hence why your signature shows even though the template has been applied to a different user’s account. So as alternatives, you can have two templates (one with your signature, and one without) or you can generalize the e-mail signature so that all users can use it (e.g: Best Regards, The Norada Team). |
