Templates for Contact forms would be great

Hi, when it comes to entering fresh leads, I’m finding that I’m repeating the same entries when I populate the form fields.

Is there a way (or is this planned) where we can save data in a contact field (or duplicate from another contact) so we don’t have to keep entering the same thing over and over?

I like that this exits for email and activities…what do you think?

Best,

If you’re referring to a general “auto-complete” for all fields based on previous values, yes it’s something we’ve considered.

Not quite.

Looking for a template with multiple fields pre-populated. Almost as if we did “duplicate previous contact” type thing.

getting nitpicky about fields themselves

1) autocomplete would be good.
2) the ability to type the first letter of a field for it to auto select that would be good.
3) the ability to click in the field and use the up and down arrow to move through the choices would be good.

can you put all three into solve?

My frustration with always needing to pick up the mouse to choose from a pick list when just about every other program I’ve ever used responds to the keyboard and the up/down arrow keys to make a selection, prompted me to search the forum to see if others felt the same way.

I found this previous post from years ago, so apparently not enough people have asked for this to make an upgrade list.

Please consider adding this capability to pick lists (multi-selection fields), especially since Solve360 still does not offer templates or field defaults, two missing features that make repetitive data entry also very tedious.
