When a task is marked complete, all of its notes disappear. They are not deleted but they are no longer visible on the activity board for that project. This creates huge problems because, in the process of completing the project, multiple notes can be made that are integral to the project. When you mark the task as complete, all the viewer is aware of is that the task is complete but they have no indication of the steps that were taken, (unless you click “edit notes” but you dont want to do that for every note in a project). If you are able, please keep these notes in view.

Since we print up the Project activities when we create a new docket, we need to have these notes. Not sure why anyone would not want these notes visible AND PRINTABLE for tracking the progress of a project.
