I really have a hard time with adding followups.. I get a lot of duplicates.. sometimes I move to the calendar field and bum duplicate record… here is the pics of what is going on link below
It appears that you might be double-clicking the menu option, true?
no double clicking.. sometimes when clicking on date field I get an empty event, sometimes clicking in the empty body of the event(not in the field area) I get an empty follow up event.
Hi PKJR, This is intriguing. Note that the two followups are created immediately and you end up editing the second of the two. We haven’t been able to reproduce this yet without the double click (even at that it is not consistent), but have a few ideas. First try a different browser. Many browsers have add-ons that interfere with user inputs (keystrokes and mouse movement) and web apps. Also (as a hail mary) if you are using a wireless mouse make sure that it is charged and close to the receiver. If the problem persists please contact our support on our website.
