Hi there,

There needs to be a way to Mass Archive a group of contacts at once. I have a number of contacts that I’d like to put on long term hold. I figure if I mass archive them, then that would be idea.

Is there a way to do that? Is there a reason why I shouldn’t do that?

Best,

...is there a way to do this? Perhaps via data export and excel (I tried but couldn’t figure it out)?

There is in fact a way to do this -

From an email Norada sent me a few weeks ago:

Export the filtered list that you want to update as a CSV file and create an ‘Archived’ column . In the archived column, populate each row you want to archive with a value ‘1’. Delete all the other columns but the ID Tag column and the ‘Archived’. Re-import this file back into Solve360 and map the ‘Archived’ column to our Archived field and there you go! Magic! I hope this helps!
