Available Space

I know that we can select a subscription level and add a few more users to it for a per-head fee.
I also know that each of these subscription levels has a number of blogs and file space associated with it.
What I don’t know is how many Blogs we have on the system or how much space we are using up at any one time.
This information would be useful to keep an eye on usage and to plan for upgrading subscription down the line.
Can it be included as a “account status” block within the “Subscription” page?
I would hate for one of our team to be working on a project only to find we run out of space!

Hi Carl. I don’t want to add fuel to the fire but this is a discussion that has begun recently.

To summarize this conversation; you can see the number of project blogs by searching all blogs and looking at the bottom left corner of your window. The number will appear for 5 seconds. As for the rest of the your system information (including storage space), we know it will would be handy to have, but since nobody ever runs out of storage space, there is no serious issue. This feature is coming, but for now there are more serious features/fixes that are taking priority on the chopping block. Hopes this relieves your concerns.

Thanks for the response.  I assume that the maximum Blog limit includes archived blogs, so we would have to run a search for active blogs and then one for archived blogs.  This is workable but clunky.  However I take your point that there are other priorities.  I imagine that your work rate is increasing as more users find out about your product.

Correct Carl, archived blogs do count and yes it does make it a bit clunky. Your assumption about our work rate is also right on target. But that is an issue we are happy to deal with.
