Does solve360 have a 360 view available?  What I’m looking for is a “what in the hell do I need to get accomplished today” screen

I’ve got my choices narrowed down to Solve and PipelineDeals.  My favorite thing within Pipeline is the “home” page which shows all upcoming tasks as well as new messages(emails) you’ve forwarded, as well as all recent activity.  I don’t see a similar feature on Solve but I could easily be missing it. I need the security blanket of a landing page that gives me a brief synopsis of today or the next few days.

Trialing CRM’s has finally brought me to my knees and it is time to cast my lot.  Solve is actually where my journey started and the only place I revisit daily to input a few more samples.

My faves have been Solve, PipelineDeals, and Capsule.  Capsule has no current plans to move their calendar beyond a task management tool.  Pipeline has the same problem but an update is due any day that promises a more robust calendaring system(multiple day events, recurring events, etc.) as well as 2-way sync with Google calendar.  That feature could help seal the deal….

PB’s are of course my favorite part of Solve(particularly the ability to share with a client).

I’ve got a webinar with Pipeline tomorrow and then I am done thinking about it and will just pull the trigger with Solve or Pipeline.  I will start importing and plugging away and hope that at a minimum I’ve landed with a company that will stay relevant with revisions(social media integration, 2 way calendar sync, etc).

Hey Stratum,

Have you played around with the Activities dashboard?

A few options that should work for you:

In the ‘Activities’ dashboard, choose Show -> Next Actions assigned to. This is your entire to do list, based on the tasks and meetings loaded in Companies, Contacts and Project Blogs. You can edit them directly from here

In the ‘Activities’ dashboard, choose Show -> Calendar Events With. This is the same above info, but in calendar format where you can move tasks around the calendar and it will update the Companies, Contacts and Project Blogs. You can edit them from here as well

And also in the Activities dashboard there are a few other things you might find useful.

Currently you can push the Solve calendar to Google, and I can only imagine that more robust calendaring is in the works, given Solve’s increased work with Google, ie in the Marketplace, single sign on and account creation etc. It seems a next logical step

Hope you choose Solve. I’ve been using it for a year and it’s a fantastic tool, and the team at Solve is bar none the best support of any company I have ever given my money to. Keep us posted.

Hope this helps

if your business processes meet the same structure as PipelineDeals, it’s a great service. if however you don’t do business the same way they imagine you do business, it gets tricky.

demos always look great (first test drive, open house realty) - it’s the day to day use that really counts ;)

I would echo Dave;s point about customer support.  Solve are far and away the most responsive team I’ve come across, and the team spirit within this forum between Solve and their clients (us) is quite unique.  The sense of shared adventure seems to suit the brave new world of the Cloud rather well.

Hi, if you give us more details about your workflow, process, how you would like to work with Solve or Pipeline, we can give you a better idea of how/whether Solve will work for you.

Personally, I like the contact blog function of Solve a lot. The dashboard is still being worked on I suspect.
