We will be implementing print styles across the entire application in a future update. Each task does have a checkbox. When you click it the task changes to a “completed state” and is moved to the bottom of the task-list or off the next actions list. Or are you thinking of something else? |

From the Activities screen…there is no checkbox for Task to eliminate it from the calendar when completed. Event, however, does have the checkbox. |

Ah, I understand where you are now. Currently you can move a task/milestone around the calendar but cannot edit it. That’s coming too. Currently you can edit a milestone / task from the next-actions screen. |

I have been using this great piece of Web 2.0 since it was in early Beta form…however, what is the “next-actions screen”? Is it the ADD ACTIVITY screen? |

No, in the Activities Window, change the command bar to “Show next-actions…“ This provides the summarized work list (items with and without dates). You can edit directly from this form. We have new demo videos up at http://norada.com that introduce it. |

Thank-you. My Activities screen had been defaulted to “next-actions”. Even in the video, the task in the dark gray box “Summer Catalog” does not have a checkbox to get rid of the activity upon completion. |

Got it. “Summer Catalog” is actually a milestone not a task. Milestones are created when you add a date for Task-lists and they serve as a marker in the calendar and next-actions reports. Milestones are not completed but the tasks under them are. Looks like we need a way to get them off the next actions list though…I’ll check into this. |
