Hi,

New to the API world.  I thought that all fields inside of solve360 would have API names; including the ones that we custom create.  Is this not possible, or have i missed the understanding of what the API feature is really for?  I’m wanting to create a web form, but base it off the custom fields i have defined - not the stock fields already built into Solve. 

When i look in the API tab i see all of the pre-named fields, but i do not see reference to any custom created fields.

Please advise.

Hey Ryan,

If you’re referring to a contact/company/project field I think you were close, but to confirm - you can lookup the fieldname generated for all custom fields under Workspace > My Account > API Reference > Contacts > Fields.  This was setup just for this exact case.

Yes, that is where i was at.  I figured out that you can’t just create a field and not have it associated with a blog, contact, or otherwise… That is where i was going wrong.
