Ability to stay logged in

Jun 24, 2010 05:58am Klaus Sentinel 29 posts	Login problem…I normally do not shutdown my computer and browser, so Solve360 is open all the time. I work on a task, enters text and then suddenly get the message that I need to login again. This is anoying, especially because the made changes are gone. Are there a way to stay logged in for days, without this re-login?

Jun 24, 2010 09:34am Engineering SpecialOps Administrator 3952 posts	Hi Klaus, Solve generally does not log users out. Also if you are connected the web, then any data you enter should be saved. It seems like the browser is somehow removing/forgetting your Solve360 session. Do you have any special browser settings? Maybe try changing browsers to see if this is the case. The fact that the data is not saved also opens the possibility that your internet may be cutting out.
