So we’re on the same page can you refer us to the Freshbooks feature you’re referring to e.g. suppliers/vendors statement, or?  Website link or screenshot would be ideal.

In solve360 there’s an activity option to link with FreshBooks, which we have successfully done and now have a bird’s eye view of all client balances, if any. We have invited all of our contractors to FreshBooks so they can track their time and submit invoices to us for the projects on which they work. However, I can’t link the contractors to FreshBooks because they’re not clients. I guess what I’m asking is if there’s a way to show what we owe our contractors from within solve360.

Thanks for clarifying Bobbi.  It doesn’t look like FreshBooks supports us fetching this data yet, but we’ll keep an eye on it.
