Daily “Morning Coffee Report”

I’ve been using Solve 360 for a few months and I love it, it’s been a great tool.  Prior to signing on with Steve and Solve 360, I had demoed other CRM tools, and one of those I tested was Pipeline deals.  They had some neat features that I really liked, but overall Solve 360 was a much more robust tool.  One feature they had that I found very helpful was what they called a Morning Coffee Report that was emailed to each user every morning.  It basically sent you an overview for what you had planned for the day.  I’ve attached an example.  It would be awesome to have something like this for Solve….

Thanks,
Craig

Thanks Dave.  I had seen that post, in fact that was what made me post this here under features request.  I must not have read the other post in it’s entirety, as I thought it was focused just on tasks.  I would like something that gave an outline of everything going on, such as opportunities, tasks, blogs, in some sort of “snap-shot” view for the day, week, month, etc.

Cheers,
Craig

and a feature that when we set it up we can choose what we want delivered to us: tasks, ops, meetings etc.

I might also suggest you seriously consider a “micro-blogging” type feature, rather than or in addition to the traditional “dashboard” approach; this seems to be the way many apps are allowing teams to keep up-to-speed on recent changes.

Totally agree! This is really helpful when you are on the road or out of the office for a few hours because you can simply add it into your organizer. I also would throw in a suggestion to allow a small area at the bottom of the report to remain blank so we could jott down some “notes” for that day and then be able to add them back into the system when we had time.
