Font Size

I really hate to ask this because I’m showing my age a little here BUT, it would be a real great feature if we could have the option to increase the font size, particularly in the activities window.

I hadn’t really thought of it too much until yesterday when I was doing some Solve training for a new user and she said she was having difficulty reading the activities pane because of the small font (our recent CRM had a larger font). I then realized that I find myself moving closer to the screen, squinting etc to read some of the activity info. When I create formatted notes I add colour, change fonts etc but that seems to be the only place I can do this.

It is especially bothersome with emails which have both a small font AND are a lighter grey.

Thoughts?

Hey Stormer, Most browsers have a “zoom” feature e.g. in Firefox it’s View, Zoom.  Does that help?

Ah, yes the old zoom trick. I always forget about that with browsers. Constantly changing the view on my docs and spreadsheets but have to very seldom with my browser.

That being said, zoomed up a level and I can probably sit back about 6’ and read the page.

Thanks

Is there a way of changing the font size though? I know that some of the users have posted saying that they like the small font - but my guys are used to big buttons and fonts and I’ve noticed that on Mac’s the font is even smaller.

Interestingly, my main barrier to uptake so far is that the UI is very cluttered and too hard to read - is there any chance that this will be overhauled etc in the future? (probably annoy more of your customers than it’s please I guess!)

Cheers

changing the zoom level on your browser makes the font bigger
