I am wondering if it is possible to schedule group email. I know you can create scheduled email for individual contacts and you can send group email using tags in the webmail client. I would like to be able to send scheduled email to groups. Is there a way to do that currently?

Hi Ben. Using the “scheduled email” activity, you can send emails out to multiple recipients but not to a pre-defined group as you can in webmail. Scheduling group emails to is not a Solve360 feature at this point. We do however integrate with Constant Contact and MailChimp who have more sophisticated group email features. Hello, one of my customers asked me to have scheduled group email in Solve360. Why is there a difference between new email in Webmail (where you can select group) and new scheduled email interface? Personally I think there are many situations where you want to send a scheduled mail to a group, where CC or MailChimp are overdone. An example: my customer sends a group message (reminder) to all subscribers of an event one day before the event. She has to do this manually, also in her holiday, because she cannot schedule it. Hi J.R. The scheduled emails can be sent to multiple people at once, but the inserted fields will not work in the desirable manner. Scheduled emails draw data only from the record in which contains them. Scheduling emails from Webmail could be interesting however. |
