Email problem just developed

All,

We’ve developed a bounceback this morning similar to this:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    robertpye@robertpye{...}

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 <robertpye@robertpye.solve360.com>: Recipient address rejected: 550 Message rejected; not accepting mail for this address (H602) (state 14).

I renewed my account today with the paid subscription - not sure what is going on.

Any help appreciated ;-)

Greetings,

When a subscription lapses the system stops accepting emails to the dropbox addresses.  Once reactivated it may take a few minutes for the new email settings to propagate to our systems.  It looks like the free period expired a yesterday and is paid up now so this looks like it was the cause.

I took a quick look and your address looks okay now (test message routed in okay too). 

Please let us know if you see different or need ANY other assistance.

Fantastic,  it looks as though it is working again.  I suspect that it was as you said - we hadn’t paid our bills yesterday ;-)  Good sanction!
