Hi,

I’m interested in which company has LOADS of users.  We could be interested in scaling our use of 360 - is it practical to run for 100 users?  1000 users?  Who has the largest installed users at the moment and what sort of issues are you having.

Kind regards,

There is not necessarily a limit - I know for a fact companies of 100+ are using solve360 and loving it.

The question is less “how many seats” and more “what is the use case?“

Depending on your specific business processes and subsequently, the workflows associated with them, S360 could be perfect even with 1000 users.

At the same time, I would say that the pricing structure and details listed on the sign-up page give you an idea of where the core (and probably maximum) value is.

So while you may get a fantastic product for your 300 seat company, the small details and touches that make it really a game changer were initial built with < <50 size companies in mind.

*shameless plug*
If you need help with specific ideas on how to configure the system, whether it’s the right choice for you, etc. shoot me an email at: Adrian AT vm-associates.com

We help companies evaluate and adopt Solve360 and recognize that while it is really an amazing product, sometimes you just need a helping hand!

cheers
Adrian

Thanks Adrian.  I’ll bear you in mind!  We are just starting out - looking to build a large “community” of management consultants using an associate model rather than salaries.  R.

Hi RobertPye. Yes, Solve360 is scalable, there is no real physical limit to how many users you have. In terms of our plans they give you an idea of how many users our system is optimized for (small teams). The reason we do this is because we help teams collaborate with clients (not for a sales manager to herd his salespeople). Teams bigger than 18 (or 50) typically don’t work well together no matter what software they use.

That said, Adrian is someone that we do recommend for clients with special concerns, so he may have some ideas on how to help you out.

Understand you point about small group working together - ultimately we we lots of small groups with a little collaboration between the edge of those small group.  I suspect solve will be just fine.  Me only concern is (from what I am guessing) is that the user lists and group permissions could be very unwieldy with 100 or so users registered on the system.

In this case it may not be out of the question to have more than one S360 account. My main concern there would be reports: you would have many small ones. I would say it would be up to you to figure out what makes the most sense for your organization.
