Hi Paulo. Only search results are exported. So if some records are not part of the search list then they will be left behind. If you click on refresh the number of records in your current search will be displayed in the status bar on the bottom left of the page. If this number does not match the number of items that are exported then it may need looking into. The fact that your message said that “none failed” leads me to believe that the entire record set was not selected. Please try again and if you are not successful you can contact us via:

When all company records are selected 2827 are exported, 2826 are found as stated by bottom left of screen.

Let me re-iterate what I stated, we imported 3718 companies and after the import the little statement said 3649 were imported.

Hi Paulo. My misread your initial question. The reason that 3649 of 3718 items imported is that Solve360 will merge duplicates who have the same firstname & lastname. For companies it matches on company name. Also records with missing names will not be ignored.
