Thanks Dave,
I have seen this posted on a different thread. While being a functioning solution it is A LOT OF HASSLE to keep the photo sitting on top once you start adding activities. This space is naturally supposed to be used to prioritise activities? Do you agree that storing a photo here distracts from priority activities which should take precedence in this area? Do you think S360 team will ever make it a real feature? People and company photos are VITAL for us as we deal with chains of companies. One of these chains has over 100 hotels…all have same name but different location with different staff. Having a photo/logo of the property/person is essential to let other team members know who they are conversing with. Example…1 team member surveys a property first and meets with key staff. Others will come later for pre-installation/installation so giving the ability to see the property photo + google map + see the photo of key staff members before going onsite will greatly improve our customer service. Now multiply this situation by 100 which is 100 hotels, general managers, department managers, IT department managers and so on. All with same titles and same company names. Contact/photos become very handy to let our team know who they are conversing with. Tags are great for sorting information but putting a photo to a name in our book is much to powerful to be ignored.
A place holder for photos exists in project blogs. If a photo was linked to a contact/person and could appear in a pop up bubble when looking at relationships, then that would be a killer funtion. Yes would be a little slow but the photo option should be able to be turned on our off like everything else.
