Contact Update Request

Jul 28, 2010 12:15pm PKJR Lyncean 164 posts	We use it quite a bit in Salesforce, where you can send an email to a contact asking him to update his/her contact information. Email contains the link. Once the email recipient clicks on the link, he gets the web form where information can be updated and submitted. Very handy if you ask me.. pkjr
