mobile interface

Most of it is frankly amazing.

However - events and tasks are missing a pretty crucial feature / link.

Example:
If i’m out and about on the go and need to bring up S360 on my phone, I’ll have a look at events for me today: meeting with bob.

If I need to get a hold of Bob, all of the pertinent details for Bob cannot currently be accessed from this screen. I’ve got to find his name, go back through the interface and look him up.

Same goes if the task/event is for a project - all the good details that i’m capturing in the form fields can’t be accessed or even clicked through to via this view.

So that would be really swell.

Actually you can jump directly to the contact by clicking on the Open link beside their name on the event form.

A similar link exists for Tasks under the field called “For”.

I was about to comment on something similar as I am using the mobile interface more and more.

1) Marking an Activity Complete: How do I simply mark an activity complete? Seems much more difficult than on the desktop interface. And what is “autocomplete” yes/no? Not sure what that term refers too, but if it is the way to mark an activity complete why not just say “completed” so it follows the same terminology as used on the desktop interface. Personally my vote would be to give us a simple check box so our workflow follows the same patterns as those on the activities page (on the desktop interface).

2) Landing Page for Contacts/Projects: Why not list out the current Projects and Contacts on each of their respective home pages? Again just so it follows the same patterns as the desktop interface. Currently when I click on either Projects or Contacts a blank screen pops up with a search box but nothing else. When I click on the projects tab on the desktop interface it loads my current projects and gives me a way to search. This would save time for those of us who only have 5-10-15 projects and it would eliminate one less click through step.

3) Landing Page for Activities: Can we please have this changed to work just like our desktop interface works by showing the actual activities due in chronological order and not requiring me to pick what day I want to view first. This again is another step (click) that I find makes the (very cool looking interface) too sluggish due to way too many clicks. I would imagine those of us searching for our activities using the mobile interface are typically looking for today’s and tomorrow’s activiites. And while I don’t want to discount future activites, but the calendar is ideal for.

Again, I love that you guys have this cool looking interface, but after using it more and more I think it could use a few adjustments to make it really fly!
Thanks for listening!

Please HELP!

The majority of my events are assigned to a specific sales rep( a checkmark next to his name by internal attendees)

When I log on to my personal mobile solve account(admin account) the feature works exactly as special ops shows above…

BUT,

when I log on to mobile solve using my sales rep’s acount it shows the event as “Shared with Stratum(co. name).  I need my sales rep to be able to see this crucial information.  We do in house appointments and my rep obviously needs the contact’s address and phone #.

Please let me know what to do.  I have the contacts assigned to “no one”.  Maybe they have to be assigned to the rep for him to be able to access their info from mobile solve? .........Nope, just gave that a shot, same result.

Again, the “open” link back to a contact is available in my(admin) account, but not my sales rep’s account.
