It would be nice to have a feature where a user can send an automated but personalised “keep in touch” message where a contact can suggest changes to his or her contact details in Solve360. Basically it comes down to a simple message in which we ask a contact to check/change their contact details “without” actually accepting the changes.
Fields that have been changed should then be checked/approved by the user allowing some kind of interaction with a (lost) contact.
Also such an update request is also a good excuse to shake the apple tree once more.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this suggestion.
Best wishes,
Werner

You could probably get 80% of this using the “scheduled email” activity and creating a drip marketing template. |

You could also use include a link in the email to direct them to a page on your site that could collect that into and use the Solve API to push it into the system. It’s a good idea. Thanks. |
