BCC email attach not working

Aug 31, 2010 06:57am chairceo Sentinel 31 posts	Has anyone experienced sending an email with the BCC to attach to a contact / project and have it not work? I have confirmed the email address used for my 360 attach is correct, and the email used for the contact is correct as well as the Project tag (i.e. the default title) The email did not attach to either the contact or the project. Thoughts? Thanks

Aug 31, 2010 10:47am Engineering SpecialOps Administrator 3952 posts	First I would say to make sure you understand how workgroups function: http://www.norada.com/answers > Users and sharing information (3 of 4) Then be sure you have followed the instructions on attaching emails as activities: http://www.norada.com/answers > Attaching emails as activities If your already past this then I would make sure that the emails are actually in the dropbox. If they are not there, then they will not link.
