Some sort of integration with Survey Monkey (the ability to send a survey to a group of contacts, for example) would be extremely valuable for many businesses using Solve360. The ability to send a survey to a subset of contacts (everyone assigned to a specific rep, for example) would be a huge time savings. Does anyone else use Survey Monkey (or some other alternative) for getting feedback from their clients? |

This would not likely be the next item in line for integration but, surveys could be interesting for some clients. Anyone familiar with Survey Monkey? or the Canadian equivalent Fluid Surveys? http://fluidsurveys.com/ |

I have recently been playing around with google docs forms….still a bit basic but it seems it does the basics of survey monkey and fluid surveys. Anytime anyone fills in the form the google spreadsheet notifies you. The only limitation I know thus far is that you cannot limit a client to only filling out the form to 1 time. |
