Whilst Solve360 provides many useful features, there are of course features it doesn’t need to offer and are better served by interfacing to other cloud solutions. Are there plans for more? For accounting, there is just Freshbooks for now. Are there plans for others? For email marketing, there is Constant Contact and Mailchimp. Is there any plans for Campaign Monitor? What other cloud solutions could Solve360 hook up with that would make the CRM an even better hub for managing a business? Peter |

We’re always interested in hearing what others would like to see Solve integrated with (integration is obviously something we consider strategic and take very seriously). We don’t however announce features until they’re ready for release. We can share that accounting and ticket management are “front-of-mind” here. |

Thanks for your reply. With regard to accounting software, a couple of respected solutions in the UK are Kashflow (http://www.kashflow.co.uk) and AccountsPortal (http://www.accountsportal.com). I have no allegiance to either as we ourselves are looking to replace our current computer-based solution so have been considering either of these recently. Peter |

We would be really interested in a link to Toggl. I’m not sure we can do anything with APIs here- they are a bit outside of my expertise and I don’t have time to become an expert! |

Have also just started to use Yast (see http://www.yast.com) for time tracking which is in the Google Marketplace like Solve360. An interface into Solve360 for projects and tasks would be a good plus. Peter |

To update on this, Kashflow provide information on their API here: Kashflow has a big following in the UK so integration with Kashflow may be a good to capture more customers for Solve360 in the UK. The CRMs who currently integrate with Kashflow are listed here: http://www.kashflow.co.uk/addons_4.asp - none of them come close to the functionality of Solve360. Peter |

Yes please to Kashflow integration! I can only repeat what Peter said above, in that none of the current CRM’s that integrate with Kashflow come anywhere near what Solve can do! I know I have looked them all. |
