Large items seem to interfere with the Move function in activities.

For instance, a note that takes up a lot of space prevents other items from being moved (dragged) past it because the note scrolls off the top or bottom of the screen, so there is no “landing area” visible for the green bar that indicates the new location of the activity one is trying to move.

And the large note, itself, resists being moved for the same reason.

I can imagine either being able to “collapse” the note, a feature not presently available; or else allowing the whole activity box to scroll when the cursor bumps against the top of the window, which would allow dropping the green bar into a new location that is not currently visible on-screen. Other programs work that way so it would be intuitive.
