Great feature as I live in my calendar!
One thing I’d love is a link to the contact that the meeting is with in the calendar entry so that I can go straight to the contact to make changes, comment, etc.

I work odd hours over multiple time zones, so I sometimes schedule meetings outside normal work hours. How can I adjust the Solve360 calendar to allow this? I just tried to schedule a meeting in Solve360 for 02:00 tomorrow, but it appeared on the Solve360 calendar at 07:00. However, it was copied to my G cal at 02:00, tomorrow, which was correct.

Event time is dependant on 2 things in Solve360 : 1) Your timezone setting and 2) Your machine’s time. Ensure that the clock on your computer is at the correct time. Set your time zone under Workspace > My Account > Local settings. By default Solve360 determines your time zone based on your network address. It’s about 90% accurate, if you’re in the 10% where it’s got it wrong simply set it manually and that should do the trick.

Two-way calendar sync with Google Apps was released about a month ago.

LOL Sleeping at the wheel?

Can we get a link to the details or something? I’ve been waiting for this for months, patiently, subscribed over RSS, checking this thread when there are new posts. Where was this new feature released/announced?

I don’t think there was a separate post created when we added the Google->Solve360 option; instead the existing calendar posts were updated.
To enable the Google Calendar Sync feature for your team click Workspace > Add-ons > Google Calendar Sync > Enable. Then for each Solve360 account click Workspace > Report and Update Activities > Show Calendar events ... > Data > Synchronize events with Google and follow the instructions to set the sync preferences.
Changes made in Solve360 will automatically push out to the corresponding Google calendars in near real-time. Changes made in a Google calendar are pushed to Solve360 by clicking on the “Update Solve360” button in the Google calendar.

Where is the “Update Solve360” button located? - I can’t find it.

Its to the right of your Google Apps calendar. If you don’t have it installed yet, just go to:
Report & Update Activities > Calendar events with > Data > Sync events with Google > “Install the Sync button in your Google Calendar”

If using the Google Calendar Sync, only events are syncing between the systems currently. If using iCal then tasks are syncing only one way from Solve360 to Google.

I’m hoping that they integrate with Rackspace Exchange/Sharepoint much the same way they do with Google Apps =X

We’re now testing the two-way Google Task sync.
