We really like the ability to embed youtube videos into project blogs using the “formatted note” feature and selecting html.
(For interest, we take site videos and put them in here, reducing the overall size so that we can fit 4 across the page which makes scrolling a lot easier.)
However the videos seem to hover over everything else on the page when we scroll up/down. How can we fix this?
We all use google chrome, latest version.
Videos in foreground over everything

This is actually quite simple. It’s because most browsers see flash at something that should be on the top level, thus Youtube annoying shows over everything. Google the mod string to make Youtube videos opaque. There are two or three parts, I just insert the extra code into my videos and it displays on the same level as the rest of the page. Something like this, try this and see if it works: http://who-is-erin-smith.com/fix-youtube-videos-block-aweber-popup-opt-in-web-form/ |

Thanks Ronald, that’s really useful. The solution is simple, but a bit of a pain when we have lots of site videos to modify. |
