Hi guys, I’m back for more blogging about Solve360.
I seem to remember reading about an undelete feature…is there one?
If for instance I delete a contact whether from list view or form view: Can it be brought back and how?

Aha! I minimized all my open Solve360 windows; found the trash can sitting on the Solve360 desktop; highlighted the Contact I’d deleted; and used the Undelete button. I’m so proud! I’ll make a suggestion over on the New Features thread about making this more obvious. |

Hi Peter, How would you recommend it be emphasized? Undelete is quite an unusual feature for most applications, not to mention a web service, and it shouldn’t go unnoticed. It’s how we did away with the annoying are you sure, are you really really sure, are you sure you’re sure confirmation dialogs. |

You’re right, it’s a great feature for a web service. I was thinking you could add “Trash” as a hotlink at the bottom of the Workspace tab, under the links for Subscription, Preferences, Logout. P.S. Your speedy replies continue to amaze and are appreciated. And having spent some time recently demoing SugarCRM and Microsoft Dynamics, coming back to Solve360 is refreshing all over again. |

I think that makes perfect sense. Thanks for the tip. Yeah we think the world is ready for a different approach too |

I accidentally deleted a contact when I meant to delete a sheduled followup. I found this thread but when I try to open the trash, I get the following message “A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: https://secure.solve360.com/ext-3.3.0/adapter/ext/ext-base.js:7” What the window does show is stuff deleted three days ago and earlier but not the thing I just deleted. |

I decided that this might be a good time to try Google Chrome. I was able to undelete in chrome but not in Firefox. |

You probably have a lot of deleted items to list and it’s taking longer than expected to list the items. The message is only a Firefox warning, click continue. You can restort the items by clicking on the Date header (ASC/DESC). |

Seems the reply was after your update. Yes, Chrome is the new, fast, cool and sexy kid on the block (gets stuff done faster). |
