After doing a wide-ranging search that included some of those you mention, we settled on DirectMail for the Mac, http://ethreesoftware.com/directmail/.

It’s easy to import lists, it’s capable of sending email out through our domain, click-tracking is available, and the formatting of emails is reasonably good (with some glitches there). Plus it’s very reasonably priced, at $59 a license or $119 for recipient management of their subscription and SQL database integration. There is no extra cost for sending to very large lists (we often do 2,000 or 3,000 at a time), nor is there an artificial limit on the size of a single transmission (some limit you to 500 at a time or 1,000 a day, etc.)

Here’s their comparison chart vs. other such Mac software: http://ethreesoftware.com/directmail/feature.php?f=coreosxcomp

We’ve also looked at Constant Contact, which is widely used in our space (non-profits and progressive companies). Seems workable, too, although pricing is on a more costly hosted model.
