I love the fact that my rackspace email is integrated to the system. I was just thinking how awesome it would be to simply right click on an email to create some kind of a task attached to it. I could this way take care of my client’s request later by having a direct link to the message on my activity board or on another instance I could receieve a request and send it away to an activity list of an employee with an optional email notification.

Activities dashboard is one amazing module of the whole system and I would love to see more ways to manipulate it. Another example of what I would love to be able to do is just like a todo or a task I can add an item to the list for myself or for my employee.

I love the product and love to be able to send away my thoughts to see what others think as well.
