Robin Hopper posted “It’s Not You, It’s Me…“ which has a short video called “evolution of the consumer”.  The story-line applies directly to the difference between CRM 1.0 (taking orders, transaction management and reporting), vs CRM 2.0 (having collaborative engaging conversations with clients to develop understanding, transparency and trust creating mutual value).
