If this exists please excuse me!

Is there a feature that tells you who is online. This would of course be anyone whom has been given access to the system client and/or contractor.

Also, is there a time tracking feature?

Thanks!

We don’t currently report online-presence but we do log all activity e.g. when someone viewed or updated an item.  The log is under Activities, “Show recent activity for…”.

Our focus is currently on helping clients “organize their information and getting their jobs done effectively” which does not currently include accounting for their time.  Perhaps we’ll be looking to the pathfinders over at Freshbooks for some help with time-tracking and billing at some point.

You can’t do better than Harvest for timetracking. It now integrates with QuickBooks, and has invoicing (a recent addition).

The look and feel is similiar to Solve360, and it has been a pleasure for our small firm to use for the past two years. http://www.getharvest.com has a fact sheet in pdf format at the bottom of the page.

Please do go to Freshbooks - some sort of integration would be the ultimate for me ;) I have been using Freshbooks for some time now and love it.

Seems like Harvest and Freshbooks are the most robust.
