Feature Request - Simple To-Do or Action Area

In a previous Request I suggested Quick Task.

I would like to see a more robust To-Do area that incorporates more of a proper GTD workflow.

I just had another moment when I was in Solve and wanted to just write down a couple of actions for Monday, not necessarily related to client actions, or Projects.

I really wanted to do this in Solve, but there is NO place to do this.  I found myself going back to OmniFocus.
In Solves slogan, it says ‘CRM meets Project Management’.  I’m not sure what Project Management Solve is thinking about, since there isn’t even a GTD todo list, gantt, or proper predecessor task functionality.

Is there any way to create a simple GTD action list, in the spirit of OmniFocus or GQueues?

I think it would certainly help me and probably a lot of people using Solve.

Sure there is a place to do it in Solve. Just create a project blog called: ‘Random tasks’ and put them in there. Yes it’s a work around, but it works for me.

Hopefully some full GTD will come, as Solve is a fan of it, it seems

thanks for your reply.

as i mentioned in the original post, i want to avoid it relating to a project blog.
i don’t think this method is quick or efficient, but i do appreciate your work around method suggestion.

there seems to be a gigantic void in this area within solve and i’m hoping that the engineers will create a useful way to manage projects and tasks.

Hey KVL, great post and I too would love a feature like this in Solve and as you mentioned I have had to resort to using GQueues for simple tasks. It is perfect for quick thoughts or when I am out of the office because they have their own mobile app that is very efficient but I would still rather have it all in one system. I guess if it isn’t on Solve’s roadmap for the future, my next question would be is there any chance you would consider integrating with their service?
