360 stopped allowing me to move emails from one group to another which then want let me attach the emails to the 360 contact.
I am having the same issue - It just says “Unable to move requested message”
Engineering Ops are looking into this. It may be a bug created by a recent update.
Yep I am having the same problem. So anyone know when it will be fixed?
Sorry, our bad introducing enhancements in another area and this one slipped by us. It’s fixed already though. To receive the latest version of our service just logout, restart the browser and relogin and you should be back in business there.

Hey Don, Seems to be working fine here. Perhaps you could reach out to our team directly and we could take a closer look at your account for you.

I’m not doing anything differently. I’ve logged out of Solve360, closed Chrome, logged back in and no change.
