I’ve tested this for a bit now, really, really like the service! Also, like the openness of these forums. In the spirit of feedback, I have a few tweaks that I thought were worth bringing up:
*Add resources/activity etc. to a task or task list.
*task drill down: subtasks of tasks and tasklists needed (levels 3, 4, etc.) with same capabilities as regular tasks (i.e. a large project can get underway, once several of the level 3 or 4 tasks are completed by various parties and all that remains are level 2 tasks).
*other ‘activities’ as ‘subtasks’ i.e. Create a task list, then one of the tasks is a formatted note, or scheduled phone call
*single tasks at the same level of tasklists needed (level 1, not just level 2)
*tying contacts into tasks on blogs. i.e. one of the tasks is to call ‘x’, and i can tie ‘x’ to that call so it shows on ‘x’s contact activity that he was called from ‘y’ task in ‘z’ blog..
*before a task is deleted, a prompt would be useful. I know we can grab them from the trash bin, but this is a feature I’ve become used to with other programs.
*tasks/tasklists, etc. should be able to be copied right from the blog screen (same functionality as currently being able to delete, move, edit….copy task/tasklist/resource/formatted note, etc. should be there too)
*when a different computer logs in it should log out the other computer.
*prioritize tasks (numerically, or alphabetically, not just color coded)
*when a task is completed, an option to have it crossed out but remaining on the screen would be useful - to see what was done during a period of time. plus also a note of when it was completed somewhere would be nice.
*ability to convert a task into a tasklist and convert tasklist into a blog (when a single task become more detailed, rather than having to redundantly re-type everything)
*Open new window when a link is clicked inside solve360, rather than the solve360 browser window changing itself.
*make my last search (via fields) defaulted to be the new search going forward. i.e. I always search blogs by ‘any field’ ‘contains’ ‘xxxx’, but the ‘contains’ reverts back to ‘starts with’ and i have to continually change this.
