I’m an entertainer. When I add a booking, I add an activity template to the client’s contact to keep track of the tasks for the booking. Two of the tasks need to be done on a certain date relative to the booking (touch-base call a week before and thank you card the day after the booking). Is there a way to program this to automatically put in these due dates relative to the booking date? The booking date is set up as a custom field in the contact.
