Yes you can: If you are logging in from Google Apps your Solve360 account may not have ever had a password activated. Here is how you can set a password: 1. The Solve360 Administrator logs into Solve360 from Google and opens Workspace > Modify User Accounts > selects your account > clicks “Reset password” 2. You login to your Solve360 account and open Workspace > My Account > Password > enter the default password 12345, enter a new secure one, click Save
Yes you can. Currently we are serving up the mobile app. Just open Safari and point it to https://secure.solve360.com/mobile Stay tuned for a purpose designed touch interface. |

Soon we’ll be looking for a small group to start testing our new “touch” interface. If you’re a hard-core Solve user, have a touch tablet al a iPad, Playbook or Android family, generally nice person and no stranger to working with techos, just reach out to our team to register and they’ll hook you up with a beta when it rolls. |

When is the iPad/Android Tablet app coming out? Reason being is that if I schedule a follow up call, its easy on the desktop browser because you simply click the contacts name and dial the number. On the secure.solve360.co/mobile app you actually have to get out of the reminder, search for the contact and then find the number to dial. |

You can use a preview version of it now. iPad is automatically routed to the new app, others can open https://secure.solve360.com/touch |
I have tried that but all I can see is the Contacts section. There are no upcoming events or Blogs or anything. It also shows random contacts and only when I search based on a workgroup do I get the contacts I am looking for. If I go into one, then I can see the Calls Logged and next scheduled steps etc, but there does not seem to be a logical way of finding this out without going through each and every contact to see who to call next. Also, both the /touch/ and /mobile/ sites sort the activities in a very random way. I am busy evaluating this app because of its awesome Google App ability. The desktop version works well (so far) but I desperately need the iPad/Android app to work well as I will be out away from my computer. This is a serious problem for me. Please tell me I am doing something wrong! |

I think you’re missing that the “Contacts” button is actually a menu. Click on the Contacts button and it will show the other menu options e.g. “upcoming events, blogs, companies, all, etc”. Activities are placed where you want them to be e.g. you can move them around. |
Stoopid me! Maybe you need to change the name of the button? Thanks. I will evaluate further! |

Lol well it dosen’t have a name (it shows what is selected), but we are thinking of changing the color to make it look interesting enough to click on. |

Seems to be working much better. Two questions: 1. When I have made the call, for instance, do I have to go into the Task to mark it as complete, or is there a tickbox like on the desktop version? 2. How do I send an email from a Contact Form like on the desktop version? |

1) Same as desktop |
