Printing my notes

We are a small accountancy practice and often need paper copies of our note to take to meetings etc.

What is the best way to print notes from a blog/contact/company?

Thanks

The timing of your question is good.  We are currently adding “print friendly” formats to the contacts, companies, blog pages.  If all goes well you should see this next week.

Do you have an update on when the printing feature will go live? (Trying to stay electronic but sometimes paper is required!)

Yes, next week.  It’s ready we’re just waiting on an official release to our production servers.

I see the print button and used it already!
Well done, that will be really useful.
Thanks

Great! If you can’t see the icons just set your browser’s print options to print background images.

Hi, I need to use the print function a lot I have an urgent request and two requests that would be valuable to me.

Urgent: when I hit print on a project blog, I only get a one page print even though there are several pages to print - so I don’t get a print out of much of my historical data and tasks.

Valuable: Could I print the list view of project blogs direct from Solve360

Valuable: Could you increase the formating options of the project blogs print.

Thanks

Safari does print all the pages but I noticed now that Firefox only grabs the first page.  We’ll definitely take a look at that.

To print a the list view click Data, Export this list - you will be prompted to open the report in a spreadsheet.  From the spreadsheet you can add custom formatting etc and print off the report.

I think we were able to address the muti-page issue with Firefox.  Can you close your browser, relogin and try and print a multi-page project blog again?
