Custom Reports in Solve360

I hope this is the right place for this question!

I need to start creating custom reports in Solve360 (old) but can’t find any documentation or help. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Greetings.  Well you’re close :)  This is essentially a new version of the older Solve360 service you are familiar with.  I’ll send you an email so we can compare notes about what you need and possible upgrade to this version.

How do you create custom reports in Solve360? I’m looking everyone and can’t seem to find out how to do this. I want to be able to create reports where it pulls certain data from contacts and creates a nice looking layout with the information. I need to pull reports from certain “tags” so that it only shows those contacts. Please advise.

Hi loresj117. The activities dashboard is the central location for reports in Solve360. It is the place that pulls together all the activities (phone calls, notes, tasks…) that are spread out throughout your account, and presents them in various report views. For lists of record data (contacts, companies, projects) you can simply use the “top” view of your search results. To toggle between the default “left” view and the “top” view simply click on the similarly named buttons on the blue search bar or your Contact Manager or your Organize Project Blog window.
