Greetings Fresh Coat and a warm welcome to Solve360’s community forums. Yes you can change the linking criteria for linked emails. Hover over the activity icon. Select “Edit Item” them make your changes. It uses an OR operator rather than AND as linking criteria (e.g. Link if either “fullname” or “business email” are contained in the email.)

I am aware of how to edit the email linking criterion as you described.  What I am asking about is how to have solve360 check for personal email OR business email OR full name, etc…, without making an activity edit transaction for every contact to make it so.  I want solve360 to check for full name without having to edit each activity.

You can’t change the default filter value currently (it defaults to the two email addresses).  We previously set Full name as a default but it created issues with contacts having the same name (in occasions where there is only a first name it becomes even more annoying), so we removed it as a default.

Any new development there since April?  It would benefit us to add another field.
