We are evaluating Solve360 and only want a few people involved in that process, but Solve 360 is putting a call to “Approve access to your Solve360 account” at the bottom of everyone’s email in our company. Is it possible to disable this without uninstalling the application?
Remove “Approve” link

Thanks for the question Lawrence. This link will enable the Solve360 Gmail Gadget, which lets you access client information from inside the email sent from that client: |

I see the value of the link, for people in my company who I would like to use solve360. But I only want some people in the company to use the application. I don’t want everyone in the company who receives an email from a client to see every financial and legal discussion we have had to date. That just is not appropriate. Is solve360 all or nothing in this way? |
