I am researching Solve360 for our company, and like many aspects. Is it possible to enter and track the time spent on the projects, even as it goes from person to person, and when the project is marked as completed , either trigger or have an option to send the details and time spent to a certain email, for the accounting department then to bill the customer, and archive the file?

Very soon we will be adding additional fields to tasks for tracking time to correspond with our new “timeline” feature e.g. - Remaining time to complete We will likely add a new report / export file to summarize and manage this information within the Activities window. Does this help? |

Yes, this is helpfull. Can you tell me when you might expect these updates, as we are determining what system to go with and the update makes a huge difference for our commitment. Also, do you have any plans to expand the users from 18 to 24? |

We are working on adding them now. Adding the extra fields is likely within a week to ten days. The time-line report is perhaps 2 - 3 weeks out. Actually you can add as many users as needed. When you exceed the number included in the plan the extra accounts are billed @ $10 each i.e. you only pay for the accounts you’ve activated above the plan. |
