Our team started with an ambitious vision for a new product and an innovative way of working. The words “job” and “blogsā helped shape the concept and we successfully established a breakthrough solution for teams to manage their clients and projects.
Using a brand like that centers a spotlight on the product and since our proposition is about our relationship with customers as it relates to service and trust I felt it was important to have people relate more directly with our team of professionals. We’ve been developing reliable and innovative business solutions with extreme care to offer the best customer service for almost ten years now. We are proud of our history and what we have accomplished, so we want to put more emphasis on our company, Norada.
While there is no urgency to change the product name now “Solve360” better describes the solutions we offer. Customers have been applauding the integrated and complete package we have delivered. Those of you who have been with us for many years will recognize this brand as a key component to Norada’s endearing value proposition and we’re excited to continue that. The company, the concept, core features, benefits and our promise all remain the same, but as of today we’ll simply refer to it as “Solve” here.
We expect an easy transition. Web addresses will be automatically forwarded for quite a while and logos, website references etc will be changed over next week.
