Error: “Uploaded file is not a valid CSV”

Mar 04, 2009 07:39pm iNFONOMIC Solutions New Member 1 post	OS: MAC OSX 10.5 Browser: Safari I’m reloading a contact list exported directly from Solve360. File has not been edited at all. I wanted to test importing a number of contact this way first. Please help.

Mar 04, 2009 08:12pm Engineering SpecialOps Administrator 4124 posts	The “Solve360 import” format is for a prior (8+ year old) version some customers are still using. We made this option available so they could test their data prior to migrating over to the new version. I’ll have a comment added to this option so it is clear what format is expected.
