Project Blogs have two cool features to share the project page with non-Solve users.  The “Publish” and “RSS” features are a great way share information and team-up your with Clients and Contractors but you asked if there way a way to prevent these external folks from seeing certain activities.  There is now!  On Project Blog activities we’ve added the option Hide from Publish and RSS views.  When this option is selected the specific activity will not be visible on the Published page, or included in any RSS updates.  Hidden activities will have a soft red background color hinting that this item is for your team’s eyes only.

Now you can use the same Project Blog to contain items that are confidential to your internal team and saved in context with the main project page, keeping all information organized in a concise way in a single place.
