The contact’s title field will be shown in the list if there is a company related to the contact e.g. [title] at [company].

1) Doesn’t seem that way to me. See pic.
2) Also, why not? If I have a title shouldn’t it show?
3) Also, Is there a way for us to show what we want? Perhaps I want to see more contacts per page or I want more detail.

If you refresh your list, e.g. by entering search criteria, you will find the recent change to title/company will be reflected in the list (I just confirmed it with your example).  UI “State” within a web-application is not always as seamless as a desktop app (although we are certainly trying hard to narrow any perceived gap).

To select a specific set of fields in the list: Workspace, Customize Form Fields, click on the small green/red dots, then click on the Horizontal layout option in the toolbar.

The number of records cannot be changed because the list is tuned to operate with the ability of most browsers i.e. some A-class browsers are not yet fast enough to manage large lists.  We’ve also made “large lists” fairly unessential because of the amazing search feature offered ;)

Showing title in lieu of having a company is something we are aware of.

If you mean I manually changed the contact…I didn’t make any changes. All these we’re imported from Outlook days ago.

When I check the contact you mentioned I do see the title and company in the list.  Search for the contact’s name (to ensure the list is up-to-date), do you see the same?

I think something weird is going on. Now most of the contacts show it. Come to think of it that’s how it was earlier. Then after working with contacts for a while MOST of the titles went away. Now they are back…
