I have a few blogs where emails have been sent to the same blog but to different work group drop boxes. So within one blog some emails show up under the ‘Admin work group’ and some under the ‘Web Work group. I need to convert them all to only one work-group so that they all show up at once for the correct work group. The original emails on our side have been deleted since being sent to your system. How do I change an email’s work group status?

When our new Webmail feature is launched it will allow you to drag and drop messages between the dropboxes. Beta testing on the base functionality starts this week. The dropbox associated with each workgroup will appear as a simple email folder. |
